Couple 7.0 Free internet, good bed, decent room overall.
Common areas a bit dingy and oddly decorated.
We have stayed here many times as the hotel is well-priced and well-located for us and the decent, clean rooms, free internet, free and ample parking, safe neighborhood, and proximity to Palo Alto and to shopping adequately compensate for its being less than fashionable. The rooms are quiet and well-insulated - in dramatic contrast to the more superficially attractive Marriott Courtyard across the street - and the staff has always been most pleasant and helpful to us. read more Laurie from Honolulu,HI

Couple 7.0 Excellent breakfast buffet, good location, nice size rooms.
Unable to use pool due to maintenance.
Hotel was fine. We specifically chose this hotel to use the pool and it was down due to maintenance so next time I will call ahead to make sure we can use the pool. Breakfast was great, staff was helpful. Carpeting in hallways should be replaced-a bit worn but hotel was good for the money. Donna

Family Traveling with Young Children 6.0 Location.

In process of renovation. Night staff was not very good, we requested 1queen/sofa bed and called for late arrival, we got 2 double beds, no roll away available either. Felicia

Couple 8.0 The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to get up!
Very comfortable and easy to get to. Beds were great! Continental breakfast was nice.
