Convenience.

The motel is too close to the freeway and extremely noisy for sleeping. The motel staff was not careful in screening calls from unknown operators.

Proximity to tournament of rose’s parade, the only reason I stayed there.
Very expensive for the quality of the room.

Location is perfect for its purpose (we stayed overnight at Pasadena for the new years parade) and the bathroom has been renovated, but the rest of the place is ok.

Old, rundown, carpets in need of cleaning, probably ought to extensively remodel or tear it down.

A very odd shaped property, a bit eccentric but cute.
Parking lot was a bit difficult to navigate.

Found on extremely short notice on a very busy weekend, it was a perfectly satisfactory place to stay having arrived very late and left very early. I have hardly any memory of it even though it was less than a week ago that I stayed there. I did remember everything else that I did during my stay, so that in itself may be a good recommendation.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The location is ideal due to it's location near freeways.
