Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Pleasanton Inn
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Road noise is incredible being so close to 2 major highways.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a little skimpy, but two of us were able to find something to eat. My daughter, who is vegan, could not.Good hotel for business travel.

This hotel was great for what we needed. We were there for a convention at the fairgrounds and this hotel was close enough and easy to get to. While it was in the back of a business/shopping area, it was quiet and clean. The staff was nice and I didn't have any hassles checking in with my receipt for the room. There is no restaurant onsite although they do put on a nice little breakfast in their lobby. Nothing fancy but enough to be filling and a decent variety. The only issues I had were the inch and a half gap under the door where the cold air was coming in and the pretty chair was uncomfortable to sit in. Nice to look at but not easy to sit in. Overall, it was a great stay and fit my needs perfectly. ...

The hotel was tucked back in the corner of a large shopping center. You had to drive through the shopping center just to get to the hotel parking.

Overall, the Best Western in Pleasanton was a very good experience. It was close to the fairgrounds, which was the main reason I was in the area at the time. It was very close to the freeway, yet I could not hear the traffic noise at night, which was great! The room was very nice. The only complaint for the room would be the mini-fridge and the smell it had. Like the smell of a brand new refrigerator. But everything else was fine. Large selection of cable channels was a bonus! The other small complaint was that the elevator was out of order on my departure. Ample parking and a great Mexican restaurant next door made this a great place to stay.

They have redone the rooms, and they did a very nice job on them. Nice room, nice staff. There is freeway noise, ask for a room on the back side, a little less noise. Mexican restaurant next door, has great food, and lots of it -- within walking distance lots of different food choices.

We have stayed in many Best Western Motels and this one was probably the least desirable. There wasn't a restaurant. Poor location.

Excellent place to stay in a great location. It was pretty quiet even though you're near the freeway. I hardly noticed any noise at all.
