Van takes you 4 or 5 miles to shop or eat, a safe to put in valuables.
Thread count is the same as motel 6 across the street.

I
am handicapped and they put me at the far corner of the hotel. It was rainy and cold, they steps 4 outside had no ramp to get in a car. It had silver fish. The restaurant was to expensive and not open late for breakfast. They only gave you 1 bottle or water and 1 toilet paper even though
I tipped and wrote a note.

The courtyard was very nice.
The bathroom smelled dirty, the napkins at the coffee area were soiled, the room overlooked the parking lot and Hopyard Road and was noisy.

The hotel was not full, yet the room given was most likely the worst location in the hotel.

I liked that it had an exercise room that was open early and late.
TV in lobby was too loud.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. The parking was convenient and the room had a large flat screen TV. Exercise room was convenient.

Well kept, good location, comfortable and was convenient.
Exercise room is lacking.

Nice hotel-motel configuration. Attractive grounds. Well kept interior. Nice people. Convenient to freeway and a short drive to lovely downtown Pleasanton. Good base for East Bay business trip. Hotel restaurant is decent, Faz. Better food than most hotels of this ilk.
