It was close to the nicer hotels where other family was staying.
It was dirty, the shower head was too low, there was mold in the shower.

Not what I expected for the star level.

Convenient to freeway, nice furnishings.
Freeway overpass literally was overhead of my room.

It was a little run-down, broken washer and dryer. The room had new furnishings but water damage was visible in the bathroom doorway. The included breakfast was decent.

the location and price
the bed was hard as a brick...very uncomfortable

Our son attends the University of Redlands and plays football there. Because we were attending the game, we wanted to stay in a hotel close to campus. We were very satisfied with the location and price. However, the king size bed we had in our room was extremely hard and uncomfortable for us. Nonetheless, they recently remodeled and was done nicely. Overall, our stay was acceptable. read more

Close to stores and dining.
Gave me the wrong key, someone next to me was smoking pot.

This has been the worse hotel experience ever. I get a room key to a room someone else was staying in. I tell them that the room is occupied and I need another. The room was a little dusty but otherwise clean. When I checked in the woman hardly said three word, she said more and smiled for the first time when I checked out. For the price and quality, this is a one star and nothing more. read more

Felt unsafe with broken door, tub didn't work, dirty!

The free breakfast area was dirty, floor unkept, serving utensils appeared unclean. The room was old, needed updating, carpets and floors very dirty, tub wouldn't hold water, door to room wouldn't close properly so I wasn't sure it was secured at night. Very close to freeway with little or no insulation from the noise.

Free internet and continental breakfast.

The hotel was not kept up - bath tub had Grey scrapes, rust. Carpet was dirty and stained. Front door did not close well, it made a huge noise to open and close. No light by door, loud street below - bad looking neighborhood, we did not feel safe and secure. Pool was dirty. Room only was for one queen bed.
