Lady behind the desk when we arrived.

Desk clerk was condescending of us as Priceline customers and was not flexible in any way regarding changes. She finally made some changes, but grudgingly. We would have been happy to pay extra for the changes, but not after her attitude in dealing with our requests. She was irritated that we requested some minor changes.

The breakfast was adequate.
Filthy rooms, smelled like urine, bath didn't work, blinds ripped, bed unbearable!

A horrible experience from beginning to the end. Room smelled like urine, beds were horrible, sheets were horrible, bathtub didn't work, blinds were ripped, heater didn't work. And at the end of it all they charged us again for the room and didn't know how to fix it! As of today, the manager still hasn't called me back.
