Location was pretty good for us.
Smokey room, cold breakfast room, shabby walls, mirrors too low.
We arrived and the room was smoky. We changed rooms the next day. Better smell but a little noisy traffic. The mirrors in both rooms were too low. The shower was floor depth, which made it hard to climb down into.

Nothing.
Horrible lighting, no TV stations poor air conditioning, crappy room.
I would never stay there again. My wife would not have stayed there. If it weren't for a business trip and being pre-paid for I would have left.

It was nicer than I thought a 1-star hotel would be.
Bed mattress left a little to be desired.
Good value for the money. Convenient, clean, nicely accommodated.

The pool was ok and it was close to where we had business.
Well what I was charged for I didn't get.
The room was supposed to be nonsmoking but the smell was terrible. We paid for 2 queen beds and received 1 king bed. We wanted a Jacuzzi tub we didn't get that either. When I brought it to the attention at the off ice she said oh well won't ever return there again.

Air conditioning worked great.
In non smoking room we found cigarette butts, hallways not clean, No ice on 2nd floors, sheets did not fit and were worn.
I'm a little concerned because I've always had the bill paid when I make the reservation. This hotel insisted that I only guaranteed the room and had not paid in advance.

My room was perfectly quiet.
No complaints.
Much nicer than expected for a
hotel. Although it is surrounded by businesses and shopping, there are quiet locations if you make that request in advance. It had everything I needed, was contemporary and well maintained.

It was in the same city as my family that I was visiting.
The smell, the drug bust and the attempt to charge us a higher rate.
This was a very reasonably priced Motel. The outside of the building and parking areas were attractive enough and it was conveniently located for us. However it appears that it is Roseville's version of "No-tell-motel". Shortly after arriving numerous police cars descended on the building and took in about 5 or 6 individuals. They allowed dogs and a number of young men sharing a room let their dogs bark and fight. The hotel had my reservation wrong when I called to confirm our stay 10 days prior to arrival, and said they would correct that. The rooms had a very moldy smell to them, requiring room deodorizer that we got and airing while we were there. I do not recommend this Motel. read more
