The staff was very friendly and helped us with anything we needed. Room was nice and clean.

This hotel is very good for the price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.

Room was fine as a base to operate from. Mainly slept, showered, then left.

Clean. Quiet. Convenient location for Monterey.

I stayed at this hotel while visiting Monterey and Big Sur Area. It was very clean and conveniently located for Monterey. There are a lot of restaurants around it. It is a good value for money. The rooms were clean and had a big TV.

The rates were good and the beds were clean.
No coffee pots in room for individuals. No hair dryers. No internet access.

The room we stayed in was clean and cleaned during our visit. In the shower area it could have used some work to make it more appealing such as caulking etc. We were unable to access the internet there which in today's times is becoming more of a requirement for most travelers. The swimming and hot tub area was clean and presentable.

The people there were very nice and the hotel in general was very clean.
Only that the walls are somewhat thin.

The hotel was friendly, clean and the people were very helpful. Also the weather was perfect, the price was very reasonable.

It has a nice pool and Jacuzzi.
Mold in the bath tub area, wet carpet, no drinking cups.

This hotel was really nothing to brag about. The hotel looked good on the outside but the rooms need a serious remodeling, particularly the bathrooms. I guess they had just shampooed the carpet before we stayed there because the carpet was still damp and smelled of mold or stagnant water. The discomfort was partly our fault because we did not really shop around.

It was priced right and convenient.
They only had a smoking room and we don't smoke it smelled at first.

There needs 2 be a way 2 choose non smoking.

They had connections to local restaurants for room service. It was nice not to have to go out, but eat in.
I did not get a chance to use the Jacuzzi because children were always in it. They were well behaved but no room to share it.

This hotel was clean and fair priced. They provided connections for room service from local eateries. the staff was very friendly, organized and prepared for all their guests. It was a nice experience.
