Easy access to all major highways. Close to ski-resorts, Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear Mountains. We have restaurant on premises and lots of restaurants within walking distance. We are located away from traffic and railway tracks. Horrible management. Zero security. Few English speaking staff.

This stay was by far the worst ever. Even for the star rating given. This hotel was under horrible management and the staff seemed to belittle me.

Bed comfortable.
Toilet bubbled all night long.

Not that clean, bed not on steel frame leaving protruding bars out the side, plug in wall at sink so worn that our phone chargers just fell out, toilet ran all night.

There was a microwave and refrigerator.
Everything else.

Short and sweet the webpage was a little miss leading. The hotel room smelled and gave me a headache. The hotel was located in a poor location for safety. I was the grocery store a block away and their recommendation was 'don't leave your hotel room unless you want to get shot.' the second night there was a shooting and police helicopters circling the area. The fire department and ambulances were in and out for drug overdoses. The room was run down, the toilet kept running all night long, there were holes in wall that were patched with different colored paint and just overall not appealing. There were drug dealers on either side of my room that were up to all hours of the night. read more

My room smelled very bad.

The area of town did not appear to be good. Bathroom fixtures were falling apart as was the floor. The room was very bad smelling and did not appear to be completely clean. Both mornings the supposed continental breakfast was shoddy at best and fell rather short of even meager expectations.
