Great price for the area, plenty of parking.
No WiFi in rooms, had to go to lobby.

It met all of my expectations of what was described on the priceline description. Everywhere in Old Town charges for parking, this place has plenty of free parking and is in walking distance.

Doors between rooms are loud when closing shut.

First night was quite. No traffic noise from nearby streets. AC was working fine. Next night, we had a noisy family. TV audio worked on some stations.

Good location, quite, good bed, great staff, clean inside.
Outside was littered with cigarette butts, can & bottles, concert old & stained, no ice machine.

Once was a delightful motel. Located edge of old town, with a nice presentation but has grown old and tired. Staff at the desk was very friendly and helpful. He did forget to ask if we needed Internet access but said we could change rooms if needed or use the lobby. It would be very inexpensive to put on a booster to make all the rooms get a good WIFI reception. VERY few people do not use a high-speed connection. It was an over-sight on his part but the motel needs to upgrade a bit. Mike still rates a "9".Check in and out was easy. No elevators so up & down on the stairs a bit hard on my combat wounded leg. read more

How close it was to my destination
cleanliness

Although I appreciated the low price, after having seen it, I would have been willing to pay more for a place that was cleaner. The room was very stuffy and smelled bad. There were ants in the bathroom, when I pulled back the bedspread,I found the empty branch from grapes. I didn't want to use the bedding on the bed, but there were no extra pillows/blankets in the closet.

The location of this hotel was Perfect - close to amusement parks!
Original room needed vacuuming and transfered to another room - shower broken.

Overall, the hotel was clean, friendly, and conveniently located in Old Town. The price we paid did not match the quality we expected at that rate!

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean.

At first our hotel looked very old, so we were unsure if we would like our hotel room. But the staff was very friendly and our room was very clean. So, it ended up being a very nice hotel to stay at and we will definitely stay there again.
