Location and in room TV flat screen new.
Living area couch old and dirty, not comfortable at all. Air conditioner broken in living area.
The hotel staff was very friendly. The accommodations were fair, not nearly as clean and modern as a La Quinta or Hampton Inn. The room was clean, but lacked updated furniture, and poor AC system. Old out dated door locks and room key system.

The pool.
Everything but the location and the pool.
The hotel did not look the same as in the pictures. Rooms were small and dingy, the paint was peeling off the walls, there was mold in the bathroom (looks like they tried painting over it but it was coming through). Inadequate air conditioning. The place was in serious need of a remodel. (They might have been better off starting from scratch).

Good hotel overall, if you love the beach and the night life you will like it there.
The showers, the water ran down to the carpet, that’s about it really and they close the office at 9.
Good hotel, if you like the beach and beach night life you will love it. It is good for families as well, it was pretty cheap and cozy!

The pool was ok.
Staff.
This hotel is basic in every aspect. The rooms were clean, but very old and dark. The air con didn't work and the staff were not particularly kind or helpful. I would presume staff can help you our with directions for buses - particularly as there were only 2 numbers!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub very nice. It was nice to have a kitchen.
Probably could do some upgrading.
It was really great to be 1 block from the ocean beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was located very well-close to stores and resturants, etc. easy to get around.

Location was good, it was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
The small ironing board in the room, parking, and there were no extras in the room. It was pretty pricey for what it had to offer.
This was exactly what you would expect a beach motel to be like. It was very clean and quaint. There were a couple problems, but we made the staff aware of them for future guests. They had just painted the room and our bathroom door stuck so badly that it took two people to open it when it was shut. The curtains were shear and the light from the hotel across the way shined in on us, so we hung our bedspread across the window to keep the light out. There was also an attached kitchen that was locked on our side; the light was left on all night, which also shined in on one of the beds. It would've been nice to have a coffee maker in the room, too. read more

Proximity to the ocean was wonderful.
Dirty carpets made bare feet dirty.
The hotel was a good stay overall- hot, ice- cold. it was less than a block from the an ocean walk that was well lit and that made it worth another visit.
