The landscape was beautiful, great location in Old Town San Diego.

Great location, free shuttle to the Hotel was a definite plus. Enjoyed the great location with great restaurants close by.

Pool was heated and room was very comfortable.
Paying for hotel lot parking.

Hotel and staff were pleasant. Rooms where clean and quiet. Enjoyed having coffee pot and refrigerator in room for extra beverages that you choose to bring.

Placement of
TV and you could hear a lot of outside noises.

I would stay there again and recommend it to family/friends.

The location was amazing, and the pool was warm and the view was fantastic.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The views and location were exceptional. Great restaurants within 2 blocks. No car needed. Airport shuttle was an added bonus. 5 minutes from airport and the local attractions. Great price and wonderful staff for an awesome stay.

I loved it's location amid the Old Towne Historic district.
Upon check-in, I would have liked the front staff to offer help with our luggage to our room.

The location is great! Walk to shopping and dining. Clean room. However one staff member would not help my husband make a long distance call from the hotel lobby and charge to our room saying it wasn't possible. BUT my husband works in supporting hotel software and knows it is by just making a few extra key strokes on the computer. I don't think this gal wanted to take the extra step. read more
