The bedding and pillows were awesome.
Took forever to get requests done.

The hotel was OK. We arrived very late and it took over a half an hour to get someone to check us in. I tried calling the front desk and no one answered. We had a broken security latch that took them 2 days to fix which is not good with a little children can that open doors and there was not a bathtub stopper. However, the beds were comfortable and daytime staff was friendly. We ordered pizza from the restaurant and it was some gourmet stuff, not kid friendly at all. It did have an in room mini fridge. read more

The decor and the bed was comfy, I also liked that it had a fold-out coach.
The walls were very thin. There was a neighbor having a conference and parties till late and so we couldn't sleep.

It was nice but too close to the freeway. Had a group of sorority girls and they had rooms all over the hotel. It was very load and late parties. I wish they would have put them all together on first floor and let the other guests have some peace and quite.
