Clean hotel.
Room was too noisy, close to vending machines & utility room.

I was very unhappy with the noise that went on all night from the vending room and utility room next to my hotel suite, I called front desk and made several complaints and nothing was done. 2nd night was just the same as 1st night, when I called front desk nothing was done. I was there on business and had to attend several business meetings with little to no sleep.

I was very happy with out stay and experience at the San Diego DoubleTree. The staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. I will surely stay there again.

The staff was super friendly and the room was nice. Cookies were awesome!
Location not great for gas lamp quarter. Parking garage is the worst.

Sink and toilet made loud noises all night.

The entire night the sink and toilet made loud noises. The pikes were clanking and we could not go to sleep. It sounded like someone fixing our bathroom in the middle of the night.

The AC was extremely loud and the sink had a very loud constant drip. Very hard to sleep.

Very comfortable bed.
Construction outside.

I arrived late and left early. I liked the comfortable bed and warm cookie at check-in. I did not like the hour wait for the airport shuttle and assurances that the shuttle will arrive in 10-15 minutes and then waiting for an hour. I could have nearly walked to the hotel in an hour.
