There was nothing positive about this experience.
Worst service ever.
We had such a terrible time at this hotel that, after complaining to the corporate office, we were offered a free stay and I don't want it. They blamed all of our issues on Priceline and, in the end, Priceline was completely unhelpful.

My husband had to get tools out to make the water work in the shower.
If your looking for a hotel with a kitchen. This was great. Ten minutes from the beach. I can't complain about the water problem. They did offer to move us to another room.

Rooms very dirty. We had to change out rooms due to stains and wine splattered on wall and mattrress.
This hotel was very dirty. When we arrived there was wine or grease Not sure of the contents splattered on the wall and all over the mattress. We had to speak to the manager to change out rooms after we complained about it for a while. The fridge and doors very greasy. No pool. No ice machine. Made our stay horrible.

Relaxing, outstanding atmosphere, pleasant and helpful staff.
Room service tray stayed outside our door 2 days until we called.
This hotel provided a relaxing atmosphere, if I closed my eyes I thought I was in Hawaii. Their gardens were beautiful with the waterfalls. Everything was clean and fresh.

The total room service, refrigerator, and stove was perfect.
The air condition had a leak and the floor was wet and the room had a smell. I was not there 90% of the time, so I was able to deal with the smell.
I would not be able to stay in my room had I brought my family. I air had a leak and they never fixed it. I was there for 4 days. Other wise the all experience was a good one.
