Location and TV reception.

There
were ants in my room. TV reception was very poor. Location - it was hard to get in the parking deck. This would be a good hotel for a business person who wasn't staying in the room much. They did have a microwave and fridge. Staff was helpful and responded fast to your needs.

Hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. Nice breakfast options.
Hard to get to from I-5 coming south. Lots of confusing one way streets. A few transients seen.

Overall I was happy with this hotel with the price I paid. While inside it was a 3 star, room and breakfast. Outside it was 2 star. The hot tub was kind of green. A free hot breakfast and 4 soft pillows on the beds is a great find these days.

The breakfast was great.
The rooms smelled really bad and the air condition made the smell even worse.

This hotel is nice and in a good location next to the highway with friendly staff. However, the rooms (we had two) smell. We were not sure about the source of the smell and the fans in the room only made it worse. The breakfast was great though.

This was a nice overnight hotel. I do not know if I would recommend it for a week long stay.

The bed was very comfortable.
Ice machine in the garage.

The staff was very friendly. Lobby area very clean. The room was very nice, I asked for Western side of building, granted with no problem, Eastern side is closer to freeway. In and out access is not easy. There is only one way in and out. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, hot eggs, yogurt, fruit, toast, cereals, very well maintained. All in all it was perfect for my needs, would definitely go again. The price was right! read more
