Loved the free breakfast. Great make your own waffles.
Some road noise.

Loved staying so close to Old Town and to Sea World. They provided transportation back and forth to Sea World. Excellent bed with all the extras. It is not an elegant resort but very nice motel.

Pool wasn't heated and their was no spa.

I enjoyed my stay and will be returning. There's really isn't anything I can complain about. All and All was quite, smile friendly and most helpful in every way.

Make your own waffles at the cont. breakfast was cool. Kids loved it.
Hotel location in seedy area. Would not stroll in the evening around this part of town.

Although clean enough, the shuttle service offered needed to be signed up for a day in advance. The hotel front desk person was not someone who I would want making a 1st impression on my guests. Two or three interactions and each time there was not a happy person behind the desk. The other staff members were pleasant enough. Parking was minimal and tight spaces for all the SUV's needing to fit into the spots. read more

Noise from guests nearby.

I was so pleasantly surprised. This hotel was great! Every employee that we encountered demonstrated excellent customer service. Hotel was clean and up to date. It was centrally located to many major attractions. We greatly appreciated both the refrig and microwave as well as the breakfast.
