Location! Great parking safe and close.
You do not want a room on the street. Pretty noisy.

Great hotel for getting around downtown. Coffee across the street opens at 5 am and closes at 11 pm. clean and modest, comfortable bed, all that I need for having a good time enjoying San Francisco. Bart and Muni 4 blocks down in a safe non-homeless area.
