The staff
was excellent. He really helped us. The location was great for experiencing the Wharf.
The rooms were very clean & decorated nicely, but were just a little on the small side.

Great place. Would stay there again!

Clean room. Great location. Comfortable beds.
Old TV with very few channels. Poor quality coffee.

Well worth the price. Exceeded expectations and would definitely like to stay at the hotel again. Wharf area was close but far enough from the crowd and noise. Walking distance from street, cable cars and good restaurants.

I liked the spacious renovated rooms, the complimentary WiFi, wine hour and morning coffees.
Parking was super expensive at $42.

I was more than happy with the accommodations for the price. The other staff, except one, was friendly though. The wine and coffee were not great. Room was fantastic. Parking was expensive and the lobby was dated.
