Friendly people at the front desk.
The bathroom floor was sticky.
Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel. The location was very good and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, parking was an additional 23 dollars a day and the lot was 4 blocks away from the hotel.

Staff was friendly and hotel was clean.
No AC and interior window in our room.
Very clean, nice staff, and great location to walk to Union Square. No extras though.

Clean.
Cannot sleep as can't block out street noise.
If you can't block out the noise, why stay?

Convenient location to local attractions.
Wireless internet connection was pathetic. It kept disconnecting.
Staff was very friendly and helpful but the IT guy had no idea how to keep the wireless internet connection from being interrupted every few minutes. Unable to get any work done while at the hotel.

Its located in China Town which is beautiful.
The hotel needs to be updated with beds long enough to fit the average person.
The hotel room was very small, had twin beds, very noisy (you could hear people talking, showering and walking above and around you. There weren't any vending machines or ameneties. Rooms
badly need updating.

The location was very nice.
The twin beds were not very comfortable.
On a scale of l to 10
I would consider hotel about 7. The location was very good as it was situated right at the entrance to Chinatown. There was a Starbucks one block away, but no coffee service in hotel lobby or in the room which
I really missed. For 1-3 nights it would be adequate.

Location.
Old.
Old but nice. Did not like the idea that I had to pay 25 cents for a bucket of ice and no coffee.
