Good location, and a friendly staff.
Bathroom was dirty, TV picture was fuzzy and took 2 days to fix, not enough outlets in the room, outlets were loose.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is in a good location, but the room was not excellent. It was clean except for the bathroom, which had some dirt left over from the previous guests. Also the TV picture was fuzzy and it took maintenance 2 days to fix it.

The front desk attendant was very knowledgeable about the city.
The fact that parking is $35 and that the front desk attendant made me wait a while.

The hotel is nice, but nothing to write home about. Though the concierge was helpful and knowledgeable, he proceeded to have a long conversation with someone on the telephone that he answered during mid transaction with me. In my experience the guest right in front of you is a priority to the one on the telephone.

Interior lobby/business center was very sleek and clean looking.
Exterior was dingy.

Great location for a fun weekend. Exterior of hotel a bit dingy, but inside nice enough.

Very unsafe location; dangerous. Wouldn't go out at night.

While the interior was OK, the area was awful and some of the people staying in the hotel were unsavory - would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was beautifully appointed.
Parking was $35.00 per day.

We stayed on the 12th floor which is a priority member room. It was a lovely room. Clean with modern furnishings.
