The public transportation system directly attached to the hotel, easy to find, good for going to the concert at the Warfield.
The expense for the parking, the room was cold because of the poor window.

Parking fees $42.00 (with tax) per day!
Room was nice, parking area was very dirty, parking fees were almost as much as the room
I got.

Nothing.
Bad location (not safe). Staff is rude especially the front desk, very bad room condition.
Not a good place to stay, I suggest to pay a little bit more and stay at other hotel to spend your holiday.

The location was downtown and central to all major transit routes. Being half a block from BART, I took the subway to and from the airport.
Renovations are still ongoing, so the floor that I was on (Fifth floor) did not match the beauty of the renovated main floor, at least not yet.
Once all the planned renovations are done at the hotel, I could see this hotel being upgraded from its current 3-star status. The main floor lobby is really upscale and modern right now.

Great location, easier parking than most hotels.
Room was kind of
small, but we were only there to sleep.
Super clean, seemed like a nice restaurant even though we didn't eat. Parking was $35 at the hotel, but only $20 just around the corner. Easy to find. We got a great deal.
