Comfortable and convenient.
The bellmen were a bit disorganized at check in.

This Hotel was Luxe in it's day. The decor is quite nice but a bit dated, not worn and tattered but a bit dated. The pillows are down which is the best for sleeping comfort.

Very good and responsive housekeeping staff.
Room service brought me a breakfast that I didn't order and argued when I called them about it.

Overall very good experience. Rooms were very clean and hotel was close to everything downtown and only a couple of blocks away from the cable cars. As a women traveling alone, I felt very safe in the area. Staff was friendly and housekeeping was great. They even provided me with a mini refrigerator for some prescription medication.
