Very clean rooms/bathrooms. Very friendly staff!

Great location, very clean, and a very accommodating staff. Nice exercise room in the lowest level. Nice wine hour each evening! I would not hesitate to stay there again!

The hotel was great, but the staff was fantastic.
The room and bathroom were small and there was no venting system in the bathroom other than the window.

The hotel is nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. They accommodated us in every way possible.

The staff was excellent! Everyone that I came in contact with was eager to help and did so.
The rooms were very small.

The staff were very eager to help with any problem or request that I had. I was traveling with my daughter and originally we were given a room with a queen sized bed. The single queen rooms are not big enough to accommodate a roll away bed. So,we were moved to a room with a king sized bed which was also large enough to accommodate a roll away. On our last night there we were moved to a room with two queen sized beds. All of the staff were really nice and helpful. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would stay there again, but I'd make sure that I was going to have a room with two queen sized beds to start with. Great staff! read more

They should put 2 comfortable chairs in the rooms.

This is just an addition to the report I already sent in.

Cafe next door, funky lobby decor, and great location.
Unacknowledged concierge, small bathroom, and low shower head.

Overall, this was a good hotel. The location was great, it was clean, the rooms are small but adequate, there are places to eat nearby, and it has a funky vibe that I liked. On the negative side, two different concierges that I asked questions of did not seem especially knowledgeable about the area. The windows are rather narrow, and the air conditioner is a wall unit that rests in the bottom of the window, blocking most of the view and making the room a bit cave-like. There were not very many channels on the TV, maybe 15 or so. The bathroom was quite small. read more

Loved the decor and the bedding. Staff was friendly and welcoming.
The hallways look old and tired. I realize this is an old building and the hallways reflect that age, but not in a good, charming way.

Overall this hotel was great. The beds were completely comfortable and the bedding tied the room together. It was a great place in a great location. Hallways could be improved.
