Loved the decor and the bedding. Staff was friendly and welcoming.
The hallways look old and tired. I realize this is an old building and the hallways reflect that age, but not in a good, charming way.
Overall this hotel was great. The beds were completely comfortable and the bedding tied the room together. It was a great place in a great location. Hallways could be improved.

We loved the decor of the hotel and room it was fun but also relaxing.
The environment was fun and modern but also with a vintage feel. We loved our room it was very clean and the staff was great. Close walk to Union square and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

Fairly convenient to city attractions and quite clean.
Small room, no coffee maker in room and some snippy staff.
Over-priced.

The decor and the fun atmosphere.
The view was not so well.
I thought it was a great place to stay and would do so again. The lobby was fun and festive. I loved the design and color of the rooms, lobby and hallways. Great wine bar right next door and
great places to eat nearby.

Triton is a hip hotel, comfortable, and very well situated.
Triton is a boutique hotel with a cool edge. The rooms are just big enough for two. Beds are comfortable and with down rather than plastic blankets. The exposure for our room was southwest, so it was very light. It was midway between the Calif. St. bus line and the Market St. MUNI/BART lines, and just 3 blocks from Union Square. The staff was cordial and helpful. I'd stay there again without hesitation.

Everything, the staff was friendly they had free rubber duckies for the kids!
Can't think of anything.
The front desk was so friendly and gave our boys some rubber duckies to play with. The decor was very cool, room was wonderful a bit small. But the location (steps from the Chinatown gate) made up for it. Had trouble working the radio they had someone up in minutes, very nice classy place definitetly recommend.

Location.
Room is too small, no complimentary breakfast, no parking.
They gave me a bad room at dark corner although I checked in at 2-3 pm early. The room is too small and there is no complimentary breakfast but from the hotel brochure, there should be. A bad stay at Triton.
