Paper thin walls; Loud freeway noise.

Wouldn't stay here again. Paper-thin walls and ceilings. Had someone above us jumping or marching, making loud banging noises way past midnight. Had to call the front desk to ask for help. Wide-angle lens photos are deceptive.

Spelling and grammatical errors on signs/marketing materials in the lobby.

Hotel was conveniently located for our travel needs, but that was the only positive.
The rooms were not large, the beds were tiny, you could here the people above and next to you. Morning alarms started at 5 am and we could hear them.

The hotel is great for business travelers, but not for anyone else. The rooms are clean and there is ample parking. We were not pleased with the lack of sound insulation, you could hear everything happening in the hall, rooms next to us and rooms above us. Due to all the noise around we had a very poor night of sleep. Morning alarms started at 5 am and we could hear every alarm after that as well. You must stay on the top floor to eliminate some noise. read more

I really didn't like it.
The one staff member I spoke with first was rude. Manager was OK.

I didn't like the was that I was treated by the staff member. Manger did try and make it up but what was done was done by the first staff member.
