Desk person didn't speak english, pillows were flat.
Sucks. You should not advertise pictures of a hotel that arn't truen. Very deceptive.

Desk workers were nice.
Room smelled bad, old food under edge of bed, no closet,no volume control on TV,water damage on bathroom ceiling.
I would say this hotel less than a one star rating. The room smelled bad, there was old food left under bed, mattress was hard and lumpy, volume control did not work on TV, no closet- racks on wall in bathroom, water damage not repaired on bathroom ceiling, bath tub/shower old and needed work, just overall old and dirty.

The fact that it was very near to the freeway and made it easy to find.
The rooms were fairly large, it was close to the freeway and the staff was nice.

It was close to dining.
Hotel staff rude.
Supposed to have Internet in room. Port was not working. Staff could not move to different room because hotel was closed. Toilet had problems and never quit filling up. Room was clean, but not kept up. At check out time, I had to ring a bell and wait for nearly 20 minutes.

The location was decent.
I think I got crabs from the bedspread, but due to the poor internet connection, I was unable to research this on-line.
This hotel was worse than I could have imagined. My husband is convinced that people live in this hotel on a permanent basis. It had that smell of poverty and desperation. The bathtub was stained in ways that made me think of the horrible acts usually saved for the bathtubs of places such as this (think: dismemberment). I am fairly certain that I picked up crabs from the what appeared to be semen-stained bedspread. The management was rude and there is no wireless internet. The parking lot is tiny. read more
