Really helpful desk staff.
My bathroom sink had hairs in it when I arrived.

The hardest part is finding it. It's in a tricky intersecction of a major bridge and two freeways, and hard to navigate to by surface streets. It was fine for a two star. The hot tub is teeny, and so's the pool but at least they were there!

No Sunday morning breakfast, just coffee and tea.

Full Kitchen, new flat screen TV, double queens, clean and new feeling of the hotel was nice. Good value for families and traveling public.

It far exceeded my expectations. Clean, new, well maintained, comfortable with lots of extras.

Great Hotel, quiet, out of the way, yet close by car to places to see. I'd stay here again.

The staff were extremely accomidating and friendly the hotel is very clean and comfortable with everything you would need a home away from home.

I was extremely happy with the hotel and the service provided by its staff, they were exceptional and the morning coffee bagels toast and danish with a selection of coffee was a great touch to the overall experience the convenience of a kitchen in your room is fantastic and the bathroom was huge with a well equipped shower also the room had many choices of television programs and a DVD player fee of charge a home away from home I felt quite spoiled. read more

New structure and close proximity to my final destination.
Too close to freeway and room was very noisy from traffic.

Overall, it was a great stay. One exception was that the hotel was close to the freeway so the noise from the traffic was rather annoying.
