Great location.
Dirty rooms, damp walls, noisy, unfriendly staff.

Hotel is under renovation. Wish that was mentioned in Priceline! you can hear loud noises in the middle of the night. The king size room had a queen bed. The hotel had damp walls and ugly smell. nothing is great except for the location.

The shuttle service.
There was remodeling going on and we couldn't use the pool.

Overall the room and the service were exceptional. The counter worker were very courteous and friendly and the shuttle drivers were very polite and helpful.

Nothing!

Very friendly staff! This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. Plentiful parking, free WiFi, 10% discounts at the on-site iHOP & Bennigans, and very clean facilities add up to one great stay. I plan on staying here in the future!

It was clean.
Cramped room, pool closed at 10 PM, no breakfast.

Check in was at 3:00 PM, we showed up at 2:30 PM. They said it would take around 4-6 PM to check in or we could take a room with a hide a bed couch. We did take that room, when the couch was out there was no walking room anywhere. They had no coffee or breakfast material in the morning.

Come on IHOP?

I was disappointed, restaurant was closed. With this information would have chosen a different hotel, one with decent (more than decent) room service. Using IHOP for room service is not desirable.

I liked the toiletries, coffee machine, refrigerator and the shower was nice, quiet and a good temperature.
Check in time was three PM and my room was not ready until four fifteen PM.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Bathroom had big fluffy towels and the bed had three pillows. There were two more pillows in the closet. The shower was the best I have ever had in any economy hotel. Quiet and relaxing and I finally could get the temperature just right! No cold rushes! I like that there was a refrigerator. Very good if on vacation or on a budget.

It was incredibly easy to locate.
The drapes in the 4th floor rooms did not close all they way.

The staff, particularly the young lady at the check-in/out counter, was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the services, not only at the motel, but also the local restaurants and Theme Park.
