The room was very nice. the maids were helpful when we asked for extra things.
Location was actually farther from where we wanted to stay but excellent hotel!

Hotel staff was more than helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of quiet when needed. My boyfriend and I loved it for our relaxing weekend away.

Comfortable bed, good location, good shower, free parking.
Unacceptable temperature control - too hot at night, too cold during the day.

An upscale hotel with spacious rooms and nice amenities. If they would redo the worthless air conditioning system it would easily qualify as a 3 1/2 star facility. But the primary purpose of a hotel is to provide a comfortable night's sleep and they totally failed that critical function.

Comfy bed , towels large and soft, pool heated, staff went out of their way.

Very nice business center with three computers, free internet in lobby too but not in rooms, nice pool, staff terrific, bed very comfy, very clean and beautiful. The room was small and crowded with 9 pieces of furniture, but the bed was terrific and the bathroom was roomy with nice large vanity. Free parking.

This hotel had great rooms/beds and public transit across the street.

This hotel was one of the best hotels I have stayed in for quite some time. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Hotel check-in was excellent. It is also near a light rail transit. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It is near my friends house.
The operation of the shower.

This hotel is very close to Great America (across the parking lot). The rooms seem a little worn, but not too bad. The operation of the shower controls was strange, but I figured it out. They gave us a room right next to the elevators. It was very noisy all night long. They weren't going to let us check in until 4:00 pm, which would have made us late. I've never heard of such a late check-in. They did give us our room around 3:30 pm. All in all, it's a nice hotel. read more

There was nothing I did not like about this hotel.

The Hilton was a beautiful hotel in a great location. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great location, quiet, good parking, free internet.
No negatives. Really specializes in business use.

Room was large, updated, and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Lobby and adjoining bar could be used for meeting small groups and business meetings.
