The trash cans in hall ways for drinkers.

It was what I expected of a one star hotel.

Nothing, it was a scary experience for both of us.
Shady characters looming in the halls; raw sewage in the parking lot in the morning made for a really bad stay.

It appeared that a sewage pump truck dumped its load in the parking lot in the morning.

Cheapest place I could find in Santa Cruz.
Dirty, run down, sketchy people and
party people.

This place could be really nice with just a small investment, but it just seems like it has been left to go to hell. Run down, paint peeling, the bare necessities in rooms, nothing more. Felt dirty. Felt like a party hotel. Got woken up in the middle of the night by a big party next door. This place is totally fine if you just need a place to crash and you are a low maintenance kind of person, but it would be a nightmare if you were traveling with older people or kids and couldn't take the risk of being woken up during the night or cared about luxury of any kind. read more

There was nothing that I liked about this hotel.
Dirty, run down, poor housekeeping and no amenities what so ever.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. In major neeed of paint and remodel. Very ghetto. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Room was clean and location was great, had fridge & Wi-Fi.
Weird odor in room, no closet, dirty sidewalks, remote did not work for TV.

Rooms were clean but had strange odor. Room had no closet, no extra pillows, no coffee maker.

The guests/residents were loud at all hours.

This motel was a dump; no mini fridge, and microwave. The motel was in general disrepair, chipped paint; wobbling stair case to upper floors.
