The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location and very small size of the room.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. However the amenities were not very good and the room was small with a noisy fridge.

The grounds were attractive and it was quiet.
TV came on with a blast. Had to ask for room coffee, go out & buy our ice. Breakfast room a joke. No new soap for 5 day stay.

The orange juice machine in coffee room didn't work nor did the ice machine. The refrigerator in the coffee room had 3 eggs the first day, 1 left after we had 2 eggs the 2nd day and 1 left the 3rd day-same boiled eggs. We gave up of breakfast after the 3rd day. Towels were shorted and when we were checking out & needed a copy of business paper they tried to charge for the 3 copies. read more

It was in a convenient location.
It was rather loud, next to the highway and the doors and windows blocked little noise.

I arrived at the Ramada Inn at about 3:30 PM, half an hour past check in. The desk was unattended and I had to use the night phone to get the woman to come to the front. Apparently she lives in a house attached to the hotel, so its somewhat convenient that she's there all of the time. The room was clean and a decent size as well. I immediately noticed the noise from the road, it is right next to highway 101, so I didn't expect it to be quiet, but there was a large, obvious gap between the door and the door frame that I've never seen in other hotels. This was later evident as I was awoken to kids running by the door at seven in the morning and I could feel it throughout the whole room. Kids are kids and I don't hold that against them, but a second floor room in a hotel shouldn't vibrate whenever a kid runs by. Other than that, the hotel is a good spot to stay for a night or two, there is a pool and I guess there's also free cereal and coffee in the morning. I only stayed there because it was cheap on labor day weekend. It wasn't much better than a motel 6. read more

Cleanliness.
Should have been about $80 for the room.

Clean no frills hotel. Staff was friendly enough. I have stayed in much nicer hotel rooms in other areas for a lot less. There is a Star bucks in the same parking lot though.
