Really nice beds and bedding.
Had to pay for Internet.

This hotel is very comfortable. The beds and bathrooms are quite swanky and wonderful. It's irritating to pay for Internet at one of these expensive hotels.

One pillow smelled like body odor.

Had a continental breakfast in the lobby but they charged for it. Was not cheap either. I have stayed in many hotels that had similar setup but never where there was a charge. $2.50 for regular size coffee, $1.50 for a banana etc. Also down blanket was very thin and no extra blankets in room. I was cold all night. Hotel restaurant food was very good. So was the service.

Nicely appointed room, lobby and grounds. Neatly kept. Large screen television was nice too.
No microwave or refrigerator.

Very helpful staff and above our usual level of a place to stay. I am glad we got a deal through Priceline, or we would not have considered the Hyatt.

The beds were fantastic, the grounds were beautiful.
The man at the front desk was not very friendly.

This hotel is a beautiful hotel. The rooms were generous and we enjoyed our stay. It was kind of tacky to have water bottles that you can buy for less than a dollar for sale in the room for four dollars though. Also, having to pay for the wireless internet access was kind of over the top as well, especially for the regular price.

Small ice bucket.

Very nice location. Clean, well decorated rooms that were set up nicely. Great beds with crisp, clean, fresh linens and coverings.
