Room was very clean!
Internet went down.
This hotel is an economy type, a little over priced but quiet and clean. Staff was great and breakfast was well done!

The staff was excellent, the breakfast had a variety of items, I was able to use the computer for directions.
We arrived late and the staff was very helpful. They were friendly and hospitable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The beds were very comfortable, awesome blankets, pillows, and nice complimentary breakfast.
The style of coffee pot, brand of coffee very bitter.
Recommend farmer bros. brand coffee & 4 cup carafe/pot. Also, check out time would be much easier @ 12:00 p.m. Other than that, we loved our stay there.

Very noisy guests above us that night.
Everything was as expected. A large room, everything worked and was clean. The only problem I had was a very noisy group bringing their party back to the hotel in the wee hours of morning to continue partying. I think they had
all the guests awake for about 2 hours, hotel staff was very apologetic the next morning.

Very close to the freeway, to Star bucks and to Santa Cruz.
The rooms are neither particularly clean nor well-kept.
This hotel is just adequate enough for low-budget business travelers simply looking for a room to hold their belongings while they conduct their business. It is, at best, old and worn-down. And what I would describe as "cleanish." Fortunately, any reservations one might have about the quality of the facility are more than compensated by its nearness to the freeway, the local Star bucks and to Santa Cruz. This is not a hotel of choice for a relaxing family vacation; finding leisure at this hotel is not a strong likelihood. read more
