Its location was perfect and the hideaway feel was excellent.
The front desk staff was less than helpful and almost rude.

The hotel is absolutely wonderfully located in South Tahoe. Once there, everything is within walking distance and if not, the Trolley is close at hand and many activities have pickup service.

Nice pool plus rooms were quiet for such a busy street.
Liked everything.

Enjoyed our stay. Pool was really nice plus enjoyed the outdoor hot tub plus the indoor hot tub & sauna. Breakfast was good although the eating area was crowded. Really surprised at how quiet the rooms were although the hotel was on a very busy street.

The location was terrific. I felt very comfortable and safe. Good value for the price. Thanks.

I was impressed with the quality of service we received. The overall location and condition of the hotel. The hair dryer was not working and when I called the front desk to report it someone was there within 5 minutes to replace it. Nice pool, spa and sauna facilities. I'll be back!

For being close to the road it was very quite. Nice room.

The continental breakfast surprised me. Instead of the usual hard boiled eggs they actualy had a egg and cheese omolete, big fluffy cinnimion rolls, biscuts with gravy, many things to choose from. The room was very nice, it included a coffee pot, microwave and a mini fridge. The bathroom was roomy. Not like some where only one person can fit in. A hair dryer was also hooked up in the room. Something I tend to forget at times. They also had an ironing board with iron. They had a book that told you about Lake Tahoe and the many different things you could do both summer and winter. What I liked was they also listed most of the prices for those things. Very friendly staff, they seem happy to help with directions when we needed some. They even let us know about the best sushi place in town. I will definitly stay there on our next trip. read more

Good location. Walking distance too many restaurants, shops and casinos.
Parking was kind of tight.

You get what you pay for. Tahoe is an expensive city, but worth it.

Check in clerk was not helpful about keeping us in the same room for both nights.
