Friendly staff.

Very nice people, firm mattress, clean, hot coffee in the lobby in the morning (not very early though). This is a clean, cheap motel. We had a complete kitchen which was a definite plus. The
TV is a bit small and old fashioned. The room was surprisingly quiet. I would stay here again, especially if I needed a room for several days.

Last-minute availability, excellent, helpful staff.
Very small room, cramped bathroom.

We felt fortunate to be able to find a room at all at the last minute on a holiday weekend and felt that the price was fair for a resort area. Although the accommodations were very small, we'd probably choose to stay here again because of its out-of-the-way location and the friendliness of the owners and staff.

Location is good.
Bed cover seems dusty and had stains. Under the sheets there were several hair strands. Towels seems old and need new ones.

Receptionist is not that friendly when you ask assistance.

Staff was rude. Bathroom window would not close. No hot water for shower in the morning. Old worn out mattress

I would not recommend this hotel. The staff that greeted me was rude. She acted very surprised that I was able to make a reservation to this hotel on line. The beds were worn out. The bathroom window did not close. No hot water was available for shower the next morning. I will not be staying at the Pine Cone Acre Motel again and I will not recommend this hotel any one.
