Very clean and our room seemed new. Coffee maker and personal refrigerator are very convenient features. Friendly staff.
Air conditioner was a little noisy.

Overall this hotel provides a good stay. Rooms are small but comfortable and have great features.

Great friendly staff very clean great location and a great free breakfast.

The hotel was located in a very nice area right next to some great restaurants and shopping. There was easy parking access and the hotel was within walking distance of old town Temecula. The property was well landscaped and shielded by trees and nicely set back off the roadway. Rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. A bowl of fresh apples on the check in counter was yummy. The free breakfast was a nice touch which gave individuals a choice of bacon and eggs or a lighter lower fat diet of cereals fresh rolls and fruit. The coffee was the best I have drank in sometime. Free online connections really came in handy for finding directions to areas of interest. read more

Nothing it stinks and the employees are rude.
Very poor managed property.

This hotel is noisy and it smells old and stuffy. The freeway is heard from inside the room with the windows closed and the blinds shut. Staff was rude and argumentative.

The hotel clerks were courteous and friendly. They served a fair breakfast with different choices. It was convenient to stores.

Low water pressure in the shower.

Our stay was quite satisfactory overall. There was a good amount of counter space for hairdryers, rollers, etc. so my husband and I each had enough room for our "stuff". The decor was pleasant and the room was very clean. I liked the separate vanity area outside the bathroom. We definitely needed more water pressure in the shower.

Very obliging staff. Light and sunny. Great breakfast of homemade cinnamon rolls and hard boiled eggs. Room clean and pleasant.
