Front desk staff of the 21st not friendly.

I had to deal with two front staff people and they were not helpful or friendly. I stayed one night and the next morning at 10:00 am I was asked when I was checking out. This is a first! I went to the desk to find out why they would call me and another guest was complaining of the same. The answer was they call everyone to see if they are extending their stay. How ridiculous. If I were staying longer I would tell them. They wanted to turn the room. I will never stay at the chain again. ...read more

Mangers were very effient,curtiousand the hotel was room was perfect.
No toiletries.

The hotel was very convenient, clean and check in and out time was very prompt.
