The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very safe.
No fan or heater in the bathroom. No microwave.

We were very pleased with the safe location of this hotel. The rooms were very nice, the mattresses excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby, bar and business area was beautiful, with a fireplace that made it very cozy.

Dated decor in public areas, refrigerator in room, free breakfast service doesn't start until 6 am (not early enough for most business travelers!), free high speed internet in-rooms

Hotel was dirty, room smelled, location is in a unsafe neighborhood.

This is a one star hotel at best. Room was dirty and smelled. It's located 20 feet from Magic Mountain.
