The location to the hospital we visited was perfect.
Not enough towels, the bedding was changed daily which seems wasteful and the sheets had holes.

It was not as clean as it should be. Hallways were hot. TV audio was bad. AC in room was either nothing or freezing. Exposed wires in bathroom.
I will not stay there again. The first night there some guy knocked on my door at 2 a.m. a couple of times. While the location was close to friends we went to visit, there wasn't one aspect of the place that would make me return. It wasn't filthy, but it wasn't clean either. An electric box in the ceiling in the bathroom was exposed. If I turned the volume on the TV loud enough to comfortable listen, it buzzed. The AC was either freezing or nothing. read more

Convenient and comfortable.
Continental breakfast a little heavy on the carbs.
This hotel was everything that was expected. Very clean, very well maintained, staff very friendly and helpful and very comfortable. Could expand on TV channels a bit.

It was clean.
No ESPN, no room service, TV did not get good reception.
I just felt that if they offered some kind of room service or better cable television, and the pool was warm, our stay would have been a lot better.

The lobby was dirty. The staff was unfriendly. The room was shabby and noisy.
This hotel does not live up to the usual standards of other hotels I have stayed at in this chain. The lobby was dirty. The staff person at reception was unfriendly. The hallway to the room smelled bad. The room itself was shabby- and I don't mean "shabby chic"! It was noisy and a generally unpleasant experience. I would never recommend this hotel.

Near the center of the San Fernando valley.
Difficult parking access, worrisome neighborhood.
Staff was questionable in motive. Copied our licenses, then tore them up after protest (identity theft worries) but stated it was comfort inn policy, which is clearly is not. Have to renew room key every day. Web access questionable. About 12 TV channels - local plus CNN/TWC/HBO. Halls noisy. No waffles or traditional comfort inn breakfast (and really no space for it). Not on par with the many cis, we have stayed at the past few years. read more
