Room was clean and near the freeway.
Office staff charging more at check in than I had already paid.

The office staff at check in charged me a higher rate than agreed. I had phoned the motel to verify over the phone and they assured me it was correct. The room reserved was upstairs at check in and I had requested a downstairs, handicap accessible if available.

Clean, hot shower, and comfy pillows and bed.
Our pillows smelled like smoke.

It was just what a 2 star hotel should be. We got there late at night and left the next morning by 8:30 so all we needed was a hot shower, clean place and a comfy bed and pillows.

The pillows were really nice and the room smelled clean.
I had to ask the staff to unlock the pool and was told it was closed until 5:00pm.

I was very pleased at the quality of the hotel for the price. Travelling with 2 small children the cleanliness of hotels always worries me but this was really nice. Convenient right off the freeway. Shopping and dining within walking distance. The staff was very nice. Breakfast room was really small. I would definitely stay again.

Towels felt sort of dirty and low quality.

Hotel was ok, lots of rooms, budget hotel overall, a place to lay down for the night, bed was comfortable, old style linens and such, but overall good.

Nothing.
Shower rod was about to fall off the wall, hair dryer came off the wall completely.

The room I stayed in was musky, the shower rod was about to fall off the wall, the hair dryer plate came off the wall when I tried to use it and there was a hole in the bed cover!
