Staff was so-so. There was a old tray of food left outside of the room next to mine. It was there when I checked in and there when I checked out.

Clean everywhere, and quiet.
We were given key cards to an occupied room!
Excellent hotel and in outstanding condition inside and out. Friendly helpful staff.

Staff was friendly and helpful - room was large/spacious.
Manager was going to charge us for an extra day for not being out by 12, but we didn't know it was a different time zone so she relented.
The food in the breakfast buffet was not good, although they did have a variety. There's nothing I would say that I don't like about the hotel. It was located centrally, was clean and the room was very nice and spacious and bathroom was up-to-date and clean.

Cramped room without refrigerator.
The hotel was always clean, it has luxury appearance in the restaurant, lobby and poolside. The rooms were nice and clean. The hallways have dark, dirty-looking carpets.

The pillows, the amenities, the pleasant staff, the feeling of home away from home.
Room air that isn't reliable.
I am a frequent visitor to Visalia and had been staying at the Fairfield Inn. I am now a Holiday Inn visitor.

The indoor pool.
The hotel facilities were not clean. Further, on the two elevators in our side of the building, one was out of order when we checked-in and the second went out of order later in the evening. This may come from the fact that they systematically stopped at each floor when going down or up!? We expected another quality level from a Holiday Inn.
