Long rambling hallways from the lobby.

Just a clean simple hotel, we could have been anywhere in the US. Nice and recently remodeled.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. We stayed at another hotel down the street that charged you for everything. This hotel offers
free internet, breakfast, and parking. It's very close to shopping, freeway, and the Bart station. The rooms now come with a refrigerator and microwave. We stayed here for almost two months. We would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to out family and friends. read more

The staff was awesome, beds were
very comfortable & a very nice breakfast.
It was freezing inside the hotel and the heaters were noisy.

We have stayed at this hotel twice before and were happy but the renovations made this stay more pleasurable. I just wish there were signs reminding people to be mindful late at night and early morning not to disturb others. The staff is so friendly & helpful and the renovations are beautiful.

Close to down town and accessible to freeways.

We enjoyed our stay, the only complaint was with the TV remote. It was very quiet considering the freeway near by. We would stay there again.

Very clean rooms, local news paper at door.
There was not a refrigerator in the room.

This was a very clean hotel, the rooms were very clean and spacious. I loved the carpet in the rooms. However, there was major construction going on. There was no refrigerator, so I can't use this hotel when I travel with my kids. But for business. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Bad smell.

Hotel front desk was not helpful. When I asked why smoke smell still stayed on sheets, she said oh, I don't know if the cleaning people washed it. What kind of response is that? I am definitely not going to come back to this hotel.
