Convenient to where we were busiest on our trip.
Slow elevators- used stairways and was
kind of dirty.

The rooftop pool/ lounges were beautiful and stylish.
The $30 a day valet parking with no viable self parking options.
Great little hotel with the Priceline discount. Super convenient location for West Hollywood. Beautiful artwork displayed all over the hotel. Definitely enjoyed the free WiFi, and the front desk staff and other hotel employees were extremely accommodating. Went there on business, but will come back for pleasure and bring my wife.

The eclectic decor.
My room didn't have a balcony, only sliding door with no outlet.
This hotel was perfect for a romantic evening with my boyfriend. It was charming in so many ways. We loved the rooftop gardens, pool, and dining.

It was a unique experience. The hotel was intimate so I felt comfortable right from the beginning. The staff was very pleasant.
I would appreciate a more organized, faster check in.
This was an unexpected treat. The hotel was warm and intimate. I loved the rooftop areas and restaurant. I only wish I would have had more time to stay. I was also traveling on business. Would be a very nice hotel for a romantic weekend as the surroundings feel old school and very charming. Staff was very helpful.

The character and ambiance of this hotel is fabulous.
Ground level room had bars on the window.
I was totally charmed by this property - especially the pool and lounge area -- made one feel like you were in a European country retreat, not near the heart of a large city. Cozy conversation areas, outdoor fireplaces, soft music -- the atmosphere and ambiance were magical. It is a tiny hotel that is
big on character. I would like to stay here again!

It was a cozy oasis.
I wish there had been a fan in the restroom to reduce the fogginess after a shower.
Hotel was quaint and the room was spacious. I enjoyed having the living room area. Great hotel, close to many West Hollywood attractions but far enough off the beaten path so it was quiet and relaxing.

I originally booked for one night and then added an additional night. When I checked in they had only had me booked for one night and we had to show them our paperwork to add the second night.

Comfortable & spacious rooms.
Low light levels in the room.
This is a very comfortable hotel on a side street in West Hollywood. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooftop swimming pool is very nice and the rooftop restaurant/lounge is also appealing.
