It was cheap and near the hotel where we were attending the wedding.
The bathroom had mold on the walls in the shower and it was worn down.

Old world charm with comfortable beds.
Showers sometimes run hot and cold.

Mountain Chalet is a good bargain for Aspen. It's a comfortable hotel with a very well trained staff and a great breakfast, making it a good value. We will stay here again if events permit.

Old style Aspen. Not cookie-cutter.
I can't say anything bad about this place.

A truly wonderful place. Unique, friendly and full of amenities. This is a rare treat of a hotel. The location is excellent.

Nice comfortable lobby with fireplace.
Room was small.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The beds were average. The location is great! Right next to free shuttle buses and a short walk to the Gondola for Aspen Mountain.

I liked that the staff and the hotel had the feeling of home! Everyone was very friendly!

This hotel isn't your typical cookie cutter hotel. It has it's own personality and feeling. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help and the rooms and lobby feel like home.
