The pool was extremely cold and tiny, definitely not heated nor room to swim; website misleading regarding pool

Hotel was fine overall if not planning on swimming. Room was clean and the breakfast was okay but scanty.

Great location,liked that the room key had restuarants discounts
Bed was awfull,no coffee maker & the indoor pool was cold

Our room was in a great location,right off the elevator, we left our room for several hours & had put the sign on the door knob that house cleaning service would be needed, came back to the room & nothing had been done, so had to go find clean towels,hand towels & wash rags & cups...had to make out own beds.
