We called the front desk for a 7 am wake up call and no one answered. I went down the hall to the desk and the man was on the phone. I asked for the call never happened. Saw him in the morning and his excuse was that he must have put the wrong room down. This is very bad customer service. I will not recommend this chain to anyone.

Access to the hotel is through a restaurant parking lot. Room was too small

Definitely an economy hotel. Room was very small and crowded. Hotel seemed clean and staff was friendly.
