Bathroom looked recently updated.
Not much variety at breakfast, and some dirty pillow covers.

Shower was incredible.
Got double charged on my credit card and had some difficulty getting in touch with manager.
Over all a GREAT place to stay.

Great location just North of Colorado Springs.
Was getting dated and needed some refreshing.
Hotel is located right off of Interstate 25 in a office area with the Pikes Peak Green Trail located right out the back door. Dog friendly hotel with a fee extra to room fee, the access to the trail was well worth the pet fee, (40 mile trail) easy access to shopping and restaurants made this a great location.

Served my needs but not flashy.
Lots of things didn't work, lights etc.
One of the reasons we selected this hotel was that it had a business center. The computer didn't work necessitating having to use computer at local library to check email.

It was very quiet and the staff was friendly.
The beds were incredibly dated and uncomfortable.
I would not reccomend this hotel. The beds were low to the ground, and the mattresses dipped in the middle -- it's evident that they need to replace the beds and update the decorum. However, it was clean and the staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was poor and we ended up eating out.

This hotel was extemely clean.
The pool was closed during our stay. My son was disappointed.
Most of the staff was helpful and courteous. Our room was a smoking room and was very clean. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay, my two-year-old was disappointed. Also the breakfast was mediocre, only bagels and waffles and coffee.

Location is good.
Front office staff inexperienced - all young trainees it seemed w/o supervision.
I think #15 said it all. There seemed to be a need for more staff members throughout the hotel. Especially English speaking ones.

Friendly, fast check-in no hassles, clean, nice room.
Parking lot lights really bright if staying in front room, curtains did not kill light.
Nice, clean rooms. Friendly, fast staff for check-in even late at night. Nice continental breakfast stocked well with lots of choices. WiFi was good. Several nice family restaurants just down street 1/4 mile. Would stay again on next needed time.
