Over this is an excellent place to stay.
There was only one PC in the business center (area of the lobby).

This Courtyard hotel was very comfortable, clean and the staff were friendly and professional.

The hotel was so comfortable, customer friendly and the pool was open 24 hours! Staff was great also!
There were not too many food options around the area.

I had a wonderful stay ay Courtyard. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly and were given all information we needed. The room was clean, roomy and convenient. The pool was open 24 hours which was wonderful! I felt safe and will definitely choose this place again! Thank you Marriott!

Very comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Wonderful staff (would talk to you about your site seeing destinations). Very convenient location to Pikes Peak/Manitou Springs/Cliff Dwellings/Garden of the Gods, etc. A wonderful time. We would stay here again.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed that it was very quiet inside of the rooms. The Beds were wonderful and very comfortable.

Very nice, we will plan to stay there again. Love the location and the access to restaurants and highway.

Musty smell and the smell of rotten popcorn in lobby.

Not a good value for the price. Room and furniture deteriorated and in need of upgrade or renovations. Strong musty odor in the lobby from the close proximity pool and exercise facility. At times the elevator and front desk area smells of rotten popcorn.
