Great customer service, food was pricey but excellent.
The room decor was a little dated, and I expected more included amenities like breakfast with the price, but none.
The Doubletree had fantastic customer service with everyone from the front desk to the restaurant. Great food, we had room service and enjoyed the breakfast buffet before departure. All was excellent. The indoor pool and large hot tub were great! The chocolate chip cookies were to die for and even the in room coffee was delicious.

When I called the hotel to request a king bed, quiet room away from traffic and the top floor, the clerk was enthusiastically accommodating with grace.
The hotel lobby was pleasant to the eye, inviting and comforting. While traveling alone, I am always thoughtful about my safety and security. My sense was that I had chosen well in that regard. It was a quality hotel. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and will visit again soon.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The breakfast buffet was not the greatest.
Great place to stay. I highly recommend it.

I liked the lobby area and the restaurant. Like the Greenhouse feel.
We requested a stand for our luggage twice and never came.
I love the warm chocolate chip cookie they give you upon check in. Immediately gives you a warm homey feeling. I did like the hotel, a little drab but okay in style. Very clean, so that is great and the staff is very friendly. We requested a luggage stand for my 81 year old mother twice, and yet none ever came and no call came in to tell us that they were not going to bring it. Left a bad taste in customer service. read more
