I liked the lobby area and the restaurant. Like the Greenhouse feel.
We requested a stand for our luggage twice and never came.

I love the warm chocolate chip cookie they give you upon check in. Immediately gives you a warm homey feeling. I did like the hotel, a little drab but okay in style. Very clean, so that is great and the staff is very friendly. We requested a luggage stand for my 81 year old mother twice, and yet none ever came and no call came in to tell us that they were not going to bring it. Left a bad taste in customer service. read more

My room door latch didn't work, and the tub drain was broken, I manage the room 3 star motel and these items are not acceptable.

I really enjoyed the bed and the bedding - now I know what a Luxurious night's sleep is.
The hotel needs to provide a map or better signs - took forever to find pool.

This hotel was wonderful for our get away weekend. Great room with a fabulous bed - now I know what a luxurious night's sleep is all about. There is a coffee/pastry bar, a mid-priced restaurant and a great sports bar with plenty of TV's to catch all the games.
