Lobby was messy and inattentive counter attendants and poor customer service.

The hotel lobby was dirty and has strange smell. The hotel receptionist was not so friendly.

The room provided was a smoking room. But I requested for a non-smoking room during booking.

The staff did not come with the room fresher. I was very disappointed with the stay.

Room had an overwhelming smell of smoke which did not dissipate even with the windows open all night. Floor did not look clean. Everything was bare and very spartan. Not cozy at all.

When I first arrived i was greeted very courteously. I got into my room and it was very clean and spacious. I realized my first evening that the AC wasn't working, but the night air was cool enough to be comfortable. the next morning I mentioned it to the staff and it was fixed when I returned. kitchen items were clean, and everything I needed was there! bathroom was more spacious than in some higher-rated hotels. read more
