The friendly staff and the breakfast was great! Rooms very quiet.
Kids running around playing with elevators, the room was warm & pillows awful.

Hotel was a nice place. Staff was great and friendly. Our room was a King Suite and it was a nice size. I liked the fact that the bed is in the back room, so its very quiet. Rooms were clean, but the pillows were way too soft & uncomfortable. The rooms were really warm, and could not adjust thermostat because of the A/C unit they said they have, when its cold outside the A/C wont go on inside? read more

The manager was so great. He made us feel very welcome!
The price was a little high.

The manager made the whole experience. I wish I would have got his name. He was the best that I have ever ran into. Two thumbs up to this man! Thank You! Thank You for making our trip that much more pleasurable!

Complimentary cocktails and piano playing. Friendly staff.
Lots of children playing with elevators and unsupervised.

We have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed the hotel. When our boys were small, they too enjoyed the "elevator races," so can't complain too much about that. However, lots of unsupervised children running around the breakfast area and taking up whole tables when they were just a few.

Loved the 2 rooms, 2 TVs, microwave & refrigerator. Definitely coming back!
No ramp from the parking lot to the front door.

Nicely situated between grocery stores, movies and highways. Beautiful atrium full of trees and a waterfall. Felt at home here with the staff and great breakfast selection. Absolutely will stay here on the next visit to Denver.

Suite layout was flexible and met our needs to a "t".
A bit of a drive to downtown (15 min.)

Friendly staff, clean, very nice breakfast, comfortable.
Older property, but well maintained.

Good value for the money and close to restaurants and shopping. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family, and would stay at this location again. The staff was helpful and responsive to our requests (needed to fix our refrigerator). We were very pleased with our stay.

Convenient location, good breakfast, comfortable suite and good service.
The first two rooms we checked into both smelled of old cigarette smoke, but we were finally given a room that smelled all right.

This is a family oriented hotel on the weekends with a lot of children and families. Seems almost like a hotel where people hang out and have a good time. We hit a weekend with a big bronco game, so there were a lot of football fans in the hotel. The hot buffet breakfast is very popular with families. The hotel is beginning to look a little worse for the wear, but the rooms are clean and service is prompt and courteous. read more

The breakfasts and managers receptions were excellent values and I will certainly consider that in my next stay in Denver.

The ambience and the decor were excellent and inviting to travelers to relax. The staff was courteous and professional and I thought the breakfast offerings were outstanding. The managers reception each evening is very innovative and also an outstanding value and very welcome after a day of business or a day of sightseeing. I will definitely stay there again!

I liked being able to order hot items for breakfast as opposed to picking from a buffet.
Not all of the elevators were working. Our television in the family room was not working.

Very friendly, clean, quiet. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the cocktails. We wanted a room that also had a separate living area with a television. The 2nd television was not working so we were not able to use this room.
